Debbie is the hygienist at Arlington Dental Arts. She has been with the practice since 2017 and enjoys working with Dr. Varchetto since he purchased the office in 2020. She brings over 25 years of experience to the office, with proficiency in Perio, Pedo, Prosto and General Dentistry.
I have always had a lifelong interest in teeth, ever since her first grade science fair project about the mouth.
She worked her way through high school and college as both a Dental Assistant and Front Desk Support, then onto Office Manager. She is well versed in all aspects of the dental office.
Debbie was honored with being nominated into Sigma Phi Alpha (the National Dental Hygiene Honor Society) when she graduated with her dental hygiene degree, Phi Theta Kappa.
Debbie is an active member of the American Dental Hygiene Association (ADHA), the American Academy for Oral & Systemic Health (AAOSH), and the Illinois State Dental Society (ISDS). She takes continuing education classes throughout the year to stay up-to-date on all things dental.
In her spare time, Debbie and her husband, Barry, enjoy going to the theatre and traveling as often as they are able to. Debbie is the type of hygienist that when you come to see her, she’s friendly and will make you so comfortable, you’ll feel as if you’ve known her for years. She looks forward to meeting you and making your visit one of a kind!
Terry is the Front Office Manager and Receptionist at Arlington Dental Arts. She has been in the dental health industry for many years. In addition to providing Dr. Varchetto with administrative support, she provides customer service to all our patients. This includes always keeping patient information confidential, filing insurance, scheduling, and more.
The part of my position that I love the most is always welcoming our patients and being able to get to know them.
Terry lives in the Des Plaines area enjoys going for walks in the forest preserves and park districts during her free time. She also enjoys going to the movies, finding great buys at the secondhand shop to either repurpose or refurbish, and roaming around in the antique stores.
